Evening Bucko! My guess would be that you are referring to the fact that 75 years ago today, a certain Mr. Clyde William Tombaugh discovered Pluto. Clyde was sitting in the Lowell Observatory in Flagstaff, Arizona at the time gazing heavenwards. Yay to Shady! Pluto is a controversy because many scientists in the astronomy field now doubt that it qualifies to be a planet, it is smaller than our moon and follows a very strange orbit, also beyond Neptune thousands of similar "chunks" have since been discovered...Pluto just happened to be the first so it got called a "planet". "Evening Bucko!" you say...when I wrote this question, which you shortly there answered, it was the crack of dawn in my neck of the woods. But you are on the other side of the earth, and are experiencing the hot summer while I freeze in the cold winter. Must be strange to have December, January, and February as summer months.
