Which actor served in the Winter War against Russia and has a famous author as a cousin?

    Question #55455. Asked by gmackematix.

I would say you are referring to actor Christopher Lee and his famous cousin Ian Fleming. Lee volunteered to join the Winter War in Finland at 17 but was not allowed to go to the front...

Indeed Peasy. And which other two distinguished actors of low budget horror movies had the same birthday as Lee and one a day before?

Low budget horror could only mean Vincent Price......I'll never forget Blood Bath in the House of Death---- Must be at least C-grade.

Christopher Lee and Vincent Price were both born on May 27th. So which famous horror actor was born on May 26th?

    Peter Cushing.

Yay, Stew! And of course, Peasy also gets hers...

From what I can gather, Peasy always gets hers ...

I took a gamble that you meant "famous horror actor" in the traditional sense, gmack, and not as some kind of film-buff purist, because May 26 was also John Wayne's birthday! Speaking for myself, I love the Duke's films, but there are contrary views.

Anyway, thats enough about birthdays as the thought of them makes me a bit grrouchy every Feb 26th.

No need to put your little reminder in there gmack......I did remember! Was planning to jump out of a birthday cake for you....
