    I've seen several adverts on billboards in the Edinburgh area that state "Spencer Perceval was the 17th Prime Minister of Great Britain." The words are in black on a yellow background but there is no clue to what is being advertised. Anyone have any idea?

    I've heard about these mysterious posters, but there seems to be no obvious message or explanation for them. Black and yellow in the animal kingdom indicates 'dangerous' or 'poisonous' though, so maybe there's a hint?

    The Edinburgh City Council web-site is http://www.edinburgh.gov.uk and there is a 'contact us' section. They may have some information?
