Is there an Atlantic Canadian province that does not consider itself a "Maritime" province?

I guess Quebec or Northwestern Territories. NWT would be an Artic territory, but also Atlantic, and Quebec are just very, very, very French...

I was under the impression that the only Maritime Provinces were New Brunswick and the islands of Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island. Being an Atlantic province doesn't a Maritime Province make.
