Your question, nor your blurb doesn't say where you're from so how are we supposed to know what national anthem you're thinking of?

I assumed it was "God Save the King/Queen".

It's not at all certain that John Bull did write the words or music of the UK National Anthem - and if he did it wasn't as a National Anthem that he did. If he did, it could have been in Antwerp, which wasn't in Belgium (hadn't been invented then) but was in the Spanish Netherlands at the time (reputed to be 1619 or thereabouts).
