Depending on what kind of records qualify for your question...
And all the days of Methuselah were nine hundred sixty and nine years: and he died. Gen. 5:27
That's 969 years old.

The oldest person in medically recorded history was Jean Clement of Arles, France. She died in 1997, at the age of 121 years (I think, if my memory still serves me). To the last days of her life she remained alert and aware, and even recalled selling colored pencils to Van Gogh when she was 15.
