Is this the wife of TV's Baretta, Robert Blake? He was found not guilty of her murder.

No, but this person was murdered by his wife who then shot herself.

Yay, Mrs Ace. Now can you please expand for those not in the know.

Gmack, I'm not even positive on my answer, but here goes.
Italian Gangster - reference to his impersonation of Sinatra, also died same month as him.
Washed-up Actor - his relationship with Paul Reubens and his co-creation with him of Pee-Wee Herman. Or quite possibly his impersonations of Telly Savalas, or Burt Reynolds. His wife Brynn could even fit in this category.
Washed-up Lawyer - impersonation of Bill Clinton.
What I didn't know was that he designed album covers for Toto and America, also designed Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young's logo...that would have stumped me.

How strange. You have the right answer in Phil Hartman, but being British, I have only really known him for his voicework in "The Simpsons".
In that show he was ambulance-chasing washed-up lawyer Lionel Hutz, faded actor Troy You-might-remember-me-from-such-films-as McClure and as gangster Fat Tony. Perhaps it would have been easier if I had also said monorail salesman.
Does someone else do those voices now or do those characters not appear in it any more?

Gmack, I really enjoyed him on Saturday Night Live and the sitcom Newsradio. I knew he did voices for the Simpsons but I'm not really a big fan of the show. Seems his life and art were intertwined. I don't know if they replaced his voice on the Simpsons, but I'd guess no.
