    		That would be Charles Dickens. You know there are some American gentlemen about. At least from the waist up. ;) (Or so I've been told!)

    Oo! My father is a gentleman, head to foot. Have not yet met anyone younger that deserves the title yet. Some decent guys and great guys, but not gentlemen.
