Is there a name for those little sprockets that are meant to hold a CD inside a CD jewel case?

Well, if you mean those little teeth-like grips, they apparently are called 'nipples' believe it or not, or, in accordance with Xbox games cases, they are GEORGE's (Graphically Enhanced Open Retainer for Game Esteem).
