Hehehe, I'm honoured, I didn't have to ask for that one!

Hey - you deserved it. Watch though, now none of the hourly quizzes will have the questions in. It's just come to something when a 'worldly' quiz is full of US question, hasn't it?

Yes, they need more Yorkshire questions!

A lot of US citizens can't find Canada on a world map. Mind you, a lot of kids here can't find France on a map, and when Wales is pointed to, don't know what it is.....

It's better than some Americans. I've talked to a few who think Leeds is in London and Wales is on the continent.
I hate the way that some Americans treat Canada. I've known a few who just can't accept that Canada is bigger than the USA.

We have the state flowers. Now for the state capitals, state nicknames, state flags, state seals, state birds, state trees, state mammals, state fish, state insects, state dog breed, state idiot...

The only one I know is the state flower of my home state of Ohio: the red carnation. And I don't blame you for your sickness. Every time my parents dragged me off to an Ohio State football game, I was required to sit in the stands holding a red carnation that my mother had purchased for me. Years later, I said to her, "You know, I really hate red carnations." Her reply? "Oh, I can't stand them either." Does anyone else have bad state flower stories?

Seems to me an intelligent person wouldn't associate with those who hate so blithely or have such horrible biases.
