    Why does HRH the Duchess of Cornwall change her hat after the civil marriage?

    		Why did the Duchess of Cornwall change her entire outfit after the civil marriage? Could it be that someone suggested she shouldn't be wearing white? (Or do you call that "ivory"?)

    		The Queen wanted it. I thought they looked the same anyway.

    		I agree, Maggie. Philip Treacy has a lot to answer for. But did the Queen want it because she thought the new DofC shouldn't wear white at the blessing and while reciting a "prayer of repentence"?
