Her surname was Portinari.
A later member of the same family, who was the Medicis’ representative in Bruges, commissioned Hugo van der Goes to paint the Portinari altarpiece (now in the Uffizi).

Such a famous figure must have surely been depicted many times and therefore has several connections to art.
