Who was the last pope to have a wife during his papacy?

Depends on whom you regard as legitimate. Felix V (1439-1449; d. 1451) was apparently married, but my source says that he was not official. The also-married Clement IV (1265-1268) was an official Pope. Both of these men had children. I don't know a thing about their wives.

From what I read you have to go back a little further to find one that stayed married when he became Pope.

Oh sorry, just looked at your site, Frankie. I had heard it was (H)Adrian II so I'll give you a yay.
Incidentally, I see the site doesn't seem to give the third pope a regnal number. I suppose Antacletus II must have been one of those antipopes.
