The Hawaiian Islands were under attack durring WW2. Technically they were not part of the US at the time, but in 1959 Hawaii was admitted to the Union as the 50th state.
German U-boats also managed to attack Florida during WW2.
The Alamo, along with the state of Texas, was also not formally a part of the US when it was attacked and destroyed in the 1830s.

Several installations off the U.S. mainland were hit during WWll, but I think the only one that was attacked on the mainland was at Ft. Stevens, OR, near Port Orford. A Japanese sub made it far enough to lob some ineffective rounds that managed to destroy a baseball field backstop. http://www.portorfordlifeboatstation.org/article1.html

The History Maven claims to recall when, in the mid-1960's, the pilot from that sub, Nobuo Fujita, visited the Oregon towns he had tried to devastate and was welcomed with the keys to several places. Possibly Port Orford was delighted with its bigger, better, and more modern post-war baseball field.
Having been a mere infant myself at the time, I cannot possibly confirm the details.
