Is it possible to recycle Styrofoam?

PS, poly styrene/styrofoam is not recyclable.Some companies claim to but they are just re-useing it such as packing peanuts, cartons etc..It takes forever to break down in landfills and is very harmfull to the ozone layer to produce.

Other polystyrene is recyclable where facilities exist. That's the trouble - facilities don't exist in most places.
