    I'm trying to remember a comic strip character in the Sunday edition of the New York Daily News in the 1950s named either Flopsy or Mopsy, but was not a rabbit. She was a girl or woman. The Daily News at that time had a complete section devoted to comics. Can anyone help?

    Well, for this I had to consult a relative, but there was a strip called "Mopsy" that ran until 1965. Here is a site:
