The only one I can think of off the top of my head is the documentary on Shackleton and the "Endurance," which was made for the U.S. Public Broadcasting Company (PBS). It was partly filmed in Antarctica. An excellent documentary, by the way, one of the best I've ever seen.
I'll see if I can come up with more, but I can't imagine such filming could have been done more than a few times and certainly not for fictional films. The weather windows are too small, and the costs would be too high.

There was also an IMAX film called simply "Antarctica," made in 1991. In production is a fictional film by the same name, but the location filming seems to have been done in Canada.

Yes Frankie. Understandably, they often use Alaska as a location for fiction set in Antarctica (such as "The Thing").
There was footage of Scott's 1910 expedition which had sound added in 1933 but no, perhaps there aren't any movies as such.

What about the film for which Vaughn Williams' "Symphonia Antarctica" was written? (I've never seen the movie, but I can only guess what goes on on screen by the music.)

That was "Scott of the Antarctic" (1948). According to a user comment on IMDB, it was filmed in Greenland.

Didn't that one involve the late John Mills?

Yes, it did. He played Scott.
