Oh, honestly, guys. Many athletic coaches have traditionally frowned on sexual activity before an important contest. The idea is to avoid diminishing one's energy and aggressions. The notion that sex could do this is a myth. As I recall, Bob Beamon made his great record-setting jump at the Olympics after having had an "encounter" the night before, and he was convinced that he'd ruined his chances. Obviously, he had not.
