Well, you throw up, soon and repeatedly, which would aid in evacuating water from your body.

Yes, but the strangest thing is that it will often causes a person to hallucinate often prompting them to jump over the side of the boat and drown.

So why is the Dead Sea a popular spot for health spas? I've gone swimming (or, more accurately, floating) there recently and - though I didn't drink a drop - I came out of that water dehydrated as a prune.
