Afterthought: most bald people can get head lice as they still have some hair. Look (but be careful they don't catch you at it) at some bald person's pate and you will find very fine hairs there. Unless you have found a monk, who shaves the top bit... People who shave their heads aren't really bald - unless they're just baldies who shave the remainder of the hair to make people think they're not bald but just shaven.
