Yes he did. Not sure which one but he apparently played a bodyguard for Queen Amidala.

Yep, that is good enough. His character did not have a name in the movie.

It was 'The Phantom Menace' and he was also a spectator in the pod race, and his name is Nathan.

Nathan Hamill (born June 25, 1979) is the son of Mark Hamill. He made a cameo appearance in Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace. Though Hamill has referred to his character as "Rehtul Minnau," the character's official name and backstory have not yet been approved or created by Lucasfilm.
