    		If you are talking female body shapes there is the pear.
    There was also a torture device called the Pear of Anguish. Here is a little macabre detail:

    		Nice one, gmack.

    Interestingly enough it was also known as the Pear of Confession. The Confession Pear was used in the mouth and expanded to force the victim to spill the beans.
