    Question #57474. gmackematix asks:

Who made the "dismal science" look more fun with a watery computer but more famously gave his name to a graph?

    lanfranco

A.W. "Bill" Phillips, a New Zealand economist, modeled income flow with water in the Phillips Economic Computer in 1949. He is also the eponym for the Phillips Curve.

I was once engaged to an economist. It was a truly dismal experience.
