Do all British Overseas territories have their own official international licence plate code?

I know the Falkland Islands code is FKL, not sure about the rest though

They all do, including GBZ (Gibraltar) BVI (British Virgin Islands) and Hong Kong remains HK despite becoming part of China in 1997. But as far as I can see the Falklands and all other Atlantic territories such as St Helena are some of the few places with no code at all. FK and FLK are the ISO codes for it, but these are not yet used by more than a couple of countries, most notably Finland, who replaced SF with FIN.
