Would you believe, you asked this just as I was typing "Part of one of the main actresses in TV's 'Dallas' appeared in one of the most famous movie scenes of all time. Which part of which actress in which film?"?!

Well, I had heard the question before, from my local Mel Brooks fan, who asked it at a dinner party some years ago. Nobody got it (including me), because no one present besides him had ever watched "Dallas." Linda Gray had sort of slipped under our radar. But, yes, Bancroft's obituaries did remind me of that party and of the question.
