Yes!Unlike our eyes, a dog's eyes are designed to function well in low-light conditions.

no,but they can smell very well and find out what it is.that is why they are used as house guards even though they can't see.

depends what you call dark. Nothing can see in complete darkness... unless you're talking about infrared radiation... and others..
