I had this school sticker on the back window of my car, and I have been trying to take it off, i have visibly taken off the sticker, but all that sticky stuff is still there and people can still tell there was a sticker there if they look closely, how do you get that stuff off, did they do that on purpose?

On a bumper sticker of a car, it read WWCD, what woudl Cthulthu do, the car also had another bumper sticker referring to Cthulthu, who is Cthulthu, I have never heard of this person before, what religion is he, if any?
