    What was Sigmund Freud's interesting opinion on Moses?

    In "Moses and Monotheism," Freud suggested that the original Moses was, in fact, an Egyptian official under Akhnaten who taught the Jews their monotheistic faith, basing it on the cult of the sun god. There was also a theory that this individual was killed by the Jews and that a second "Moses" introduced the concept of "Yahweh."
