    In the TV show M*A*S*H what is the situation with the character named Klinger, is he a homosexual or just a cross dresser who has lost his marbles?

    		He acts like that becasue he wants to get out of the Army, so he figures if he cross dresses people would think him crazy and therefore let him out of the army.

    		Klinger wasn't homosexual or a cross-dresser. He was trying to get out of the army with a Section 8 discharge that would enable him to keep his military benefits. Here is a lengthy list of the stunts he tried in his endeavor to convince Colonel Blake, and later Colonel Potter, that he was crazy.
