According to 2004 edition of World Atlas and Almanac:
1. Guallatiri, Chile, 6060 m.
2. Láscar, Chile, 5990 m.
3. Tupungatito, Chile, 5900 m

Depends on the definition. This would be above sea level but "tallest" would be Mauna Kea in Hawaii. Measured from the sea floor it's height is 33,500 ft (10,200 m) though only 13,796 ft (4,205 m) of this break the surface.
