In the USA, it's Mount McKinley (a.k.a. Denali) in Alaska.
In the whole of the American continent, it's Aconcagua, on the border of Argentina and Chile.
This assumes that by "highest," we mean the highest above sea-level.

Very good TabbyTom,yes above sea level as Mt Chirambazo is the tallest mountain from the earths ccenter.
