Is this true that a place in Canada has a reverse gravitational pull, that is, if you go to the foot of a hill switch of your car engine, the car will by itself go uphill. And what is the reason behind that?

It's Magnetic Hill in Moncton, New Brunswick. The effect is actually an optical illusion which makes it seem like the car is rolling up hill.
