In the Eurovision Song Contest, what is the maximum and minumum length of the songs that are allowed to be entered?

The rules are simply that a song entry must not have been released commercially prior to the contest and must not exceed 180 seconds.
There are no rules about minimum duration. One that came on, played four or five notes and then walked off would certainly be a refreshing change.
