    The town is Bungay, where the books were being printed... Not sure of the character, but sources say the most popular prediction is Dumbledore.

    Yes, gentlemen, and yay! Bungay, Suffolk was the source of the many bets on Albus Dumbledore's demise. The rumor is that printing operations were quickly moved to Germany, on the chance that a leak from the printing plant had occurred:
