In one of the Sinbad films one of the 'baddies' had an assistant who was a dwarf or midget who was with him on the ship. I need the film, the character's name and the actor's name please?

I think I may have the wrong film , it was the one when there was a giant wasp on the ship I think because it drank some 'growing' poition.The dwarf or midget was the servant if you like of whoever the sorcerer or wizard was and travelled with him on the ship.Sorry I cannot be more elaborative but can anyone please help with this ?
