    What city was Vince Carter born in?

    		Daytona Beach, Florida. The official Vince Carter site states that he is a 1995 graduate of Mainland High School in Daytona Beach. It also states that his dad, Harry, recently retired after 30 years in the Volusia County school system. Volusia County is where Dayton Beach is located. Therefore, even though the site does not specifically state Vince was born in Daytona Beach, it is logical to conclude this based on those two facts.

    		Though he prefers the name "Vince", he was born Vincent Lamar Carter in Daytona Beach, FL at Halifax Hospital on January 26, 1977.
