Both wrong. Liechtenstein is Vaduz. The UAE all have different administrative capitals, but the main one is Abu Dhabi.

Nauru and Vatican City is correct, except that Naura has some kind of a "capital" (administration facilities) in Yaren district. Tokelau Islands, though, a dependency of New Zealand, has no capital as the administration is splitted between 3 of the islands.

One might also claim that Hong Kong is a "country" (though not independent) and that it has no capital. Its colonial capital was Victoria, but this is not a "capital" any longer, I suppose.

The Vatican City comprises and is surely also the capital of the Vatican City State.
Dependencies and colonies aren't strictly speaking countries so if we count Yaren's government area as the capital of the bird-dropping centre of Nauru (formerly called Pleasant Island(!)), then that leaves us with no countries without a capital.
