    Wilson Casey, of the radio station WKDY-AM in Spartanburg, South Carolina, USA, spent 30 consecutive hours asking 3,303 trivia questions on air from January 9-10, 1999.

    I'll just throw in this entry from the 1994 "Guinness Book of Records"
    There was a quiz organised by Shrewsbury Junior Chamber at Shrewsbury, SHropshire from 12-17 April 1990.
    In it 34,532 questions were answered correctly with the final scores being 17,064 for Team A and 17,468 for Team B.
