This major company started on one island, is now headquartered on another island and makes much of its products on a third island. The company's famous logo comes from the creatures that lived where the product was first made. What is the name of the company, the logo, the three islands and why has there been a major falling out with the country where the company started?

Well, the HQ is now in Hamilton, Bermuda not in the Bahamas but as the question was hardly a breezer that's worth a definite yay, Kris.

This company's logo consists of a lion standing on its hind legs poised ready to fight. Thinking that this company only makes the product that everyone would associate it with, further research tells me that it also makes a common kitchen item but the same lion is in normal stance on all fours. What is this company, on what two items would I see this lion, and how is it connected to the Statue of Liberty?
