    It originated about the time of WWII in Germany. It got its name from the inventors thinking it was impossible for anyone to believe the contents actually made the colour of it. What is it and what was it originally made from?

    		I go away for a day, and all sorts of interesting questions pop up.

    This is possibly Fanta soda, which was made from the byproducts of cheese and jam according to this site. I found the list of flavors by nation rather interesting:
