How do you pronounce the animal classification suffix in Paridae and Falconidae? Is there a place online that people can check the pronunciation of scientific names?

In general the Latin "ae" is pronounced as "eye" (or "ai" as in "aisle," to quote from Wheelock's introductory Latin primer). Paridae would have only three syllables, Falconidae four, and the final syllables in both cases would be pronounced as "dye."
However, given the way that foreign languages are mangled in the U.S., I have no idea what zoologists and the like might be doing with these terms. I've sometimes heard the Latin "ae" pronounced as "ee" by scientists.
