What president restored the White House putting green Richard Nixon had disposed of?

Well, I'm not sure if he "restored" it, but the putting green that Eisenhower had installed was outside the oval office. Presumably this is the one that Nixon disposed of. According to my research on the White House, the putting green was moved to the South Lawn in 1996, which would be during Clinton's term.
