Would I be right to say that Joseph Stalin was a dictator? Can anyone give me a link about his government?

I'm not sure about links, but yes, you'd be right in saying that Joseph Stalin was a dictator. In fact, he is probably to blame for the deaths of more people in history than any other person, including Hitler. Sep 13 05, 1:22 PM

He's generally ackowledged as one of those people whose period of office as a dictator marred the 20th century on a massive scale, along with Hitler and Mao.
