In which versions of Microsoft Windows can a simple key combination flip the desktop upside down and which keys are pressed?

Question #59578. Asked by gmackematix. (Sep 26 05 6:09 PM)

    Nobody know this one?
OK, I know this works in Windows XP although I'm not sure if the type of monitor makes a difference.
Just press Ctrl+Alt+Down Arrow to flip the whole picture upside down.
Working the mouse while the screen is inverted takes some getting used to.
