    Which tribe was the main producer of shrunken heads, how did they shrink them and in what year did the two main countries involved ban trade in human heads?

    		Could it possibly be these guys? I believe the Ecuadorian government tried to place the ban on the trade.

    It wasn't just Ecuador and I'm still curious as to when these bans took place.
