Where is the one spot on the body that does not have blood flow?

I know the ankle ligaments (and others) barely have a blood supply which is why it takes so long for them to recover from injury. But also the eyeball vitreous area has no blood supply otherwise you couldn't see through it, and when veins do form due to the long-term use of contact lenses it causes partial blindness so that's more likely the answer.
