This gets a little lengthy, and complicated, by the number of countries below the equator. Several there have just begun DST or about to on the first Sunday of November. Above the equator and world-wide, it's a mix of going off DST the first Sunday of September or the last Sunday of October, and a few in between. This is a short list of most.

The entire EU, which will go back to 'regular' time at 02.00hrs on Sunday, 30 October. It seems that at long last most countries are making the change on the same day.
