    Today the Houston Astros are facing a 3 - 0 deficit in the World Series. Has any team in World Series history ever come back from a 3 - 0 deficit? How about in MLB playoff history? Or even in US pro sport championship history?

    		In 1942, in the NHL, the Toronto Maple Leafs came from a 3-0 deficit to win the Stanley Cup against the Detroit Red Wings.

    In 1975, the NY Islanders, in a Stanley Cup semi-final, came back to beat the Pittsburgh Penguins from a 3-0 deficit. Ultimately, the Islanders were knocked off by the Philadelphia Flyers, who then won the Stanley Cup in a series with the Buffalo Sabres:
