    What was unique about the war of Toledo? Who was involved and how was it resolved?

    		I'm assuming that you are referring to the boundary dispute beween Ohio and the Michigan territory over a strip of land that included the site of Toledo. This took place in 1835. It was resolved by admitting Michigan to statehood on condition that it accept a boundary line giving the disputed land to Ohio, though as the article posted below points out, some people still think Toledo should belong to Michigan.

    Just another reason why we native Ohioans love to snipe at Michigan:
