How many times has Piper from 'Charmed' died and been resurrected?

As far as I can tell from reading Wikipedia's article on Piper, she's died only once, but I seem to remember seeing that she had died while Leo was an Avatar, so that might make it two times. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Piper_Halliwell I found another instance of Piper dying from a disease, and Leo reviving her, which was against whitelighter rules. The Wikipedia article has been updated and shows that Piper died (in one form or another) nine times. Twice, she died and was resurrected ("Coyote Piper" and "Someone to Witch Over Me"). Twice, she died but was brought back when Tempus reset time ("Deja Vu All Over Again" and "All Hell Breaks Loose"). Five times, her spirit left her body but she was revived before she physically died ("Awakened," "Saving Private Leo," "I Dream of Phoebe," "Styx Feet Under," and "The Seven Year Witch").
